Delivery time
We do our best to ship the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 14:00, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. We always try to keep a dispatchment time of 1 – 3 working days. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this shipping time, we will inform you as soon as possible. Any delivery date quoted by Daily Miners shall be deemed to be an estimate only and Daily Miners shall not be under any liability to the purchaser for late delivery. You as the customer are responsible for the validity of the shipping address.
Back-orders/Pre-Orders
Estimated shipping dates for Back-orders/Pre-Orders are indicated on the specific product it’s page. If we can’t meet the estimated shipping date we will send an update by email to notify you about the delay. If you want to receive a part of the order that is still in stock, you can request this by sending an email to info@dailyminers.nl. Please state the order number, your name and address. Extra costs for this partial shipment are for the customer.
If it takes longer before the order can and will be shipped, we will contact you.
Parcel deliverer
Delivery is via the DHL or PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. In general, the delivery will take place on working days between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
